Reinventing Joy

Finding Happiness, Wellness and Meaning
in The Second Half of Life

ABOUT THE BOOK

Are you feeling adrift, as if your inner compass no longer points to joy or meaning? As we journey through the autumn of life, it’s easy to lose touch with the vibrant person we once knew… or hoped to be.

In this heartfelt and empowering book, Dr Joy Lim invites you to pause, reflect and rediscover yourself. With gentle wisdom and uplifting encouragement, she helps you navigate the shifting sands of mature womanhood, from health and relationships to self-worth and spirituality.

This is not a guide to aging. Rather it is a call to rise, reclaim your spark and discover a new and deeper kind of happiness that comes from within.

Because life after 60 isn’t the end of the road, it’s the beginning of a more soulful and purpose-filled journey.
